Lilco’s Journey PART 6: A Personal Mission

In the 7th year of running my business, responding to people kindly has become more than just a habit. It's a personal mission I've undertaken after experiencing the bitter reality of running a business. When I first started, I didn't receive only support. Unfortunately,  I expected to receive support and encouragement. Instead, I met people who lacked kindness and ethical values, making me realize that not everyone believes in the power of togetherness.

I was caught off guard by this harsh truth and felt like I wasn't prepared to face it. But my background in psychology helped me approach them with kindness and show them the error of their ways. Even though being kind is often seen as a weakness in the cutthroat world of business, I refused to give in to that belief.

As time passed, I became even more determined to spread kindness, even to those who tried to compete with me unethically. I don't want anyone to go through the same experiences I did as a young entrepreneur. It was tough, but I learned that being a kind person isn't just about showing people how to act. It's about being a shining example of compassion and empathy.

So, now I make it my mission to respond to everyone with kindness, regardless of how they treat me. If I can touch just one person's heart and make them nicer, it will be worth it because it could change the whole world. And that's why I'll never stop spreading kindness, even in the cutthroat world of business.
