Lilco’s Journey PART 3: Lessons Learned from Starting a Business

The adrenaline rush of starting my own business was both exciting and terrifying at the same time. With each passing day, my passion for creating the perfect pet fashion brand grew stronger. And it wasn't long before my vision for Lilco became a reality.

I remember the day we launched our first collection like it was yesterday. The packaging, the labels, the website, everything was just perfect. We even did a photoshoot to showcase our products in the best possible way. And when we finally announced our brand on Instagram, the response was overwhelming. The messages of support, comments, and orders just kept pouring in.

As we started fulfilling orders, I realized that I needed to work with a tailor to keep up with the demand. And for a while, everything seemed to be going smoothly. But then one day, the tailor told me he couldn't handle the sheer volume of orders we were receiving. I was panicked and didn't know what to do.

Looking back, I realize that this was the best problem to have. It was a sign that my business was growing and succeeding beyond my wildest dreams.

If I could give advice to my younger self, I would say, "Don't worry, you'll figure it out. This success is bigger than you ever imagined, so celebrate it!"
