We want you to absolutely love your Lilco purchase! While we do not offer refunds at this time, we are happy to provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Exchanges can be made for a different size or style. Customers are responsible for shipping fees both ways.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale or discounted items (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are not eligible for exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@shoplil.co with your order details. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@shoplil.co. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
